When a customer asks us to commit to an appointment for them, unlike the airlines or hotels we do not overbook. First of all it is not professional, second it is not fair to you or your customer. On any number of occasions we have turned down other singings to honor a commitment to a customer, only to have that customer cancel on us. This not only cost us his/her business but that of our other client as well. This certainly is not fair or professional for the quality, level of service and professionalism expected of us.

The following fees will be charged for cancellations:
Cancellation more than 4 hours from appointmentN/C

Cancellation less than 2 hours from appointment$35.00
Cancellation at the signingFULL FEE
These charges are in lieu of the signing fee and do not impact any other fees due such as printing fees, fax back fees, etc.
